Service okay, food is okay, it's warm and really suitable for winter food. I think they can improve the quality better especially with the taste. I personally find the chilli oil is really tasty and spicy which I like it but the soup itself it's a bit bland and the noodle texture if it can be a bit more chewy I think that gonna be my favorite. Well again just personal opinion. But it's good to eat on the spot. Size pretty big. Toilet is okay.

Slightly abrupt staff and a little help yourself, but the food is fantastic. Simple in their noodle focus but a terrific range of soups and beef. Noodles are made fresh and you can really appreciate the quality when you eat them. Prices are not like similar restaurants in Asia, but this is NZ and it's a small premium to pay for delicious food.

My all-time favourite authentic Lanzhou Hand-pulled Noodle spot in New Zealand. Discovered this humble restaurant in 2020 and have been here countless times while on holiday since!
Awesome food and service! Make sure you pay at the front and not wait for a server to come to you. This is because they don't have a designated server!
The beef noodle soup will forever have my heart. The chef this time brought my meal to me and we have a great chat about the onsen hot pools in Arthur's Point. Very kind soul and can't wait to stop by for another feed before I leave Queenstown.

Came in on a cool rainy autumn night on the way back from a hike. Sooo good! And such authentic flavor, delicious and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. My husband and I had the pickled cabbage beef noodle soup and my brother had the special pork mince noodle. All three of us slurped every last bit down. We had some frangrant green tea and we were all ready to settle in for the night after that comforting meal. Will definitely go again!

Delicious hand pulled noodles and all of the dishes we ordered were very authentic. Broth was clear and felt homey, noodles had the signature hand pulled bite, the dumplings were also great with the skin just thick enough. Recommended the braised beef noodle but the traditional one was also very good. There was a long line when we went for dinner and seating inside can feel hectic but all round probably one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in QT.
